Tamara Jones is licensed through the Washington State Department of Health and the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners. She is certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

Tamara earned her Master's Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM) in Portland, Oregon. To further her education, she completed a post-graduate program at the International Acupuncture Training Center in Nanjing, China. This post-graduate experience provided her with an opportunity to practice and study acupuncture in a variety of hospital settings.
